Assessment
Our methodology begins with an assessment that audits and evaluates
organizational parameters and priorities, existing infrastructure,
trends and potential vulnerabilities. The assessment focuses on
current environment (storage and server infrastructure), applications
and their impact, anticipated growth, requirements analysis and
a series of recommendations. When time-phased implementations are
recommended, a roadmap is also provided.
Design
Solution architecture and design are based on the results of our
assessment that also aligns with budget constraints. We utilize
our demonstration lab and associated facilities to perform proof-of-concept
testing and validation.
Implementation
Once validation testing is complete we implement a customized solution
and document not only the infrastructure but also the related processes.
Skills transfer is also available allowing customers to leverage
their storage investment and maximize value. Finally, and on an
ongoing basis, SKYDATA remains available for performance tuning
and modifications; should those services be necessary.
